How to stop exclusive pumping?

This is my last month of exclusive pumping. I pump 3 times a day. I was thinking maybe the last week of this month, I'd pump less minutes.. then a couple days at a time, I'd bring the number of pumps down by 1 until I don't pump anymore. Does that sound okay??

I am in the process of stopping too.  I cut out one pumping session every couple days.  Today is the first day that I'm not going to pump at all.  I feel like I read that once you get to this point and start to feel full/ uncomfortable then to hand express a little in the shower to take the pressure off.  But I might just be blowing smoke because I'm just winging it.  Good luck.  😀 I'm so glad to be done pumping.

I don't know. Are you switching to formula? I would think you just switch! Unless your pumping gradual anyways to help ease the pain... then might as well feed with that bm mix it with formula if it's not enough. I quit cold turkey when my daughter was a month idk!
