weird pop in upper stomach

EVERYTIME I stretch big or take a deep breath I FEEL a big pop in my stomach ? It doesnt hurt but it's weird ? I didn't have it with the first pregnancy ? It's below my ribs but above my belly button IM 19 weeks ?
