Vitex Beneficial?

Did vitex help regulate your cycles or did it mess them up. Anyone get BFP from asking vitex?

I've been taking it for 6 months religiously. I was never irregular or had terrible periods. Still not pregnant. 😪 my gyno just told me we have too much sex. It takes sperm 72ish hours to reach a max level 4. His is always at a level 1. He cums at least once a day. 🤷🏼‍♀️ baby swimmers can't make babies.
