False negative?? Possible?

It's been 7 weeks since the start of my last period, I feel like I could be pregnant, could be all in my head though, but I'm still getting negative tests, is it really possible or did I just lose my period this month? I don't feel like I've ovulated yet and I should have by now. My period has been off since I came off birth control but I was just curious what other people think
