Using the opk for the first time. Glow says im in my fertile days, I just check and I think it's says neg. So when is the best time to check again?.

Answer

Yes it's negative. Some people tests twice a day, morning and afternoon.. if it's that light you can probably test tomorrow morning. Don't forget glow is just a prediction.
