Has This Happened To Anyone Else!?!

I just started TTC with DH and so we were really excited when I was late!!! But then negative home test and negative blood test and oh yeah I'm still late!! So now I am 23 days late. About 3 weeks ago I started tracking bbt and my temperature just rose yesterday! I'm so very confused. Is it possible I just ovulated or that I've ovulated twice this cycle and just skipped the period part? Anyone on here have negative hpt and negative blood tests and was still pregnant?
