When you're beginning do you need to drink them protein drinks with the powder and stuff? What's the benefit of them? 
What's the best type of workout to lose weight and tone up and to start out with (like cardio or aerobics or whatever else there is) is there anything else I should really know before I start (this is for a beginner beginner 😂) please help, I rather get advice from real woman that have and are doing this instead of a vague answer from google.
