38weeks stomach issues

I know this is probably TMI but for the past few days I have had nausea, diarrhea, and a general feeling of weakness/illness. I'm 38 weeks and scheduled for a c section next Friday due to a complete breech in a bicornuate uterus. I was checked last Friday and my cervix was firm and closed. My OB says that since my LO can't engage in my pelvis, it's likely that I won't go into labor at all before my C. Anyone who went through something similar with bowel issues? Or feeling poopy before a C? Help. :(
