1 child to 2? What should I be warned

I am thinking about planning out for another baby my little girl is only 7 months right now but I really want there ages to be close. What should I expect or consider before planning this out?

I got pregnant when my first was 10 months. It wasn't nearly as hard as everyone said it would be. The only things that changed was that I needed a bigger stroller. I got a sit and stand instead of a double stroller cause my toddler wanted to feel independent. I didnt sleep much because theyd both end up in my bed. But other than that it was nice because we got out of diapers and bottles and stuff around the same time and they're best friends now.
