If you promised your child you would do something possibly embarrassing, but harmless for them, would you do it despite the fact they likely wouldn't know if you actually did it or not?
Say your child asks you to do something potentially embarrassing, yet harmless like take their baby doll on all your errands, keep it strapped into a car seat or shopping cart, and even feed it. Even if they asked for photos, you could just pose for the moments and not take it seriously. What would you do? Would you be fully honest and do it or would you fake it?
On one hand, it is just a little white lie and your kid wouldn't know if you didn't say anything. On the other hand, you made a promise and shouldn't you stand by your word?
