Vitex (Chaste Berry) for PCOS / TTC
Hey guys, I'm new on this but I just needed a bit of help from you guys: I've been diagnosed with PCOS around 1.5 years ago... TTC for almost 4 years, I've heard Chaste Berry (Vitex) is good for conceiving/ovulating? I don't know whether I should try it? Has anyone tried it and has it worked for you? How much and which one did you take? How long did it take? Please give me as much detail as you can!! Thank you guys xx
