Clomid, trigger shot and side effects

I took clomid 2 weeks ago and had the trigger shot last Monday. The HSG had finally cleared my system. Yay! My question is with the side effects. When does it go away? I've had cramps for a few days and I assumed it was from ovulation. Today I have a bad headache and my boobs are aching. Could this be because the hsg has left my body? Anyone else have these symptoms?
