Usually I have a problem because I can't get to sleep and end up going robbed really late. Tonight (or last night) I was super tired and went to bed at 8:45 because I just couldn't keep my eyes open. I woke up about 2:20 this morning and now can't get back to sleep. I even tried meditation music because it's calming and relaxing but my mind kept switching to other things. I'm tired of only getting 4-6 hours of sleep. Would a doctor be able to do anything other than prescribe a sleep aid? Would she even be able to do that safely, because I'm TTC?
