what's going on down there?

Hi ladies. So, I've been having an uncomfortable feeling in my lady parts lately. It's been about the last week... it's very uncomfortable. Almost like I have to pee still, and it feels hot inside my lips. It's also very sensitive - I can't wear any underwear right now without it feeling like my vagina is screaming for help. I know for sure it is not any STD. I don't feel like it's a UTI because it doesn't sting when I pee and I don't have urgency to pee.
