Low sex drive

My fiance and I just moved in together about 3 months ago. We've been dating for 4 years engaged for 8 months. He used to live in his parents basement.

When he lived with his parents we used to have sex all the time. Probably 5-6 times a week. He used to always initiate and the sex was amazing. Now that we live together and there's no one to walk in on us or hear us I thought the sex would still be as good. But it feels like it's just gotten less frequent and less passionate. We have sex maybe once a week. He makes it feel like a chore.

When I've talked to him about it he's just said he's tired and that sometimes he just wants to snuggle-which is fine! But I feel like he just never wants to have sex. I'm always initiating and being rejected. It's making me feel ugly-like he doesn't want to be with me like that anymore. Is this a normal feeling or am I just expecting too much?
