TMI TMI TMI WHAT DOES THIS LOOK LIKE

I go to the dentist tomorrow but I want to know. They little thing on my inner cheek appear when I walk up in the mornings with an extremely dry mouth & my teeth have been pressing my cheeks. I've had braces for 4 years & after having them on for so long this started happening. My other concern is my throat... sorry I just ate an orange so my mouth looks yellowish.
