How can you tell a guy that you don't want to be in a relationship with him anymore?

I have been dating this guy for a couple of months now. He barely text me now. Yesterday I had not talk to him all day but he called me and asked me do I have 5 dollars for him to eat. Btw , I don't have a job right now. The first time I let it slide but now, he is asking me for money a little bit more often. The other day I watched his Facebook live and another girl left a comment saying, "you better only be with guys with a punch emoji. He will not let me see his phone. There is a list of things that he does and I'm sick and tired of it. I'm smart enough to know that he is talking to another girl. I have such a good heart and I don't want to hurt him. I hate breaking up with people but I honestly don't want to be with him anymore I want to be single again and just date I'm only 20 years old I feel like I should be just dating right now. How can I  tell him I don't want to be with him anymore?
