Would u stay with ur partner if they didn't want kids?

Okay so say you already have a child from a previous relationship who is a little bit of a handful, your partner tells u he doesn't want a baby and uses the excuse that the first child is a handful and he's not ready for a baby etc.. would u stay hoping he changes his mind or leave?

I wouldn't stay "hoping he changes his mind"-- I think you should either stay & fully accept that you will very likely not have any other kids with him, or move on. IMO hoping he changes his mind is just a recipe for disappointment & resentment down the road.

No, I think I'd have to leave him... we already have two kids so it would be prettt upsetting to learn he doesn't want them anymore 😂

Personally, yes. I can't speak for you and your desires, though. But I don't currently want more kids, so if I got with a fella who was okay with the one I have (currently preggers), but didn't want more, that would almost be ideal for me.

I responded to the question without looking at all the details. 
I assumed the question asked if I would stay with my husband if he didn't want kids....period....
I've been with my husband for almost 11 years....so years before we were married. We never had a specific conversation about kids before marriage but I always felt that he would be ok with kids once we got married. Shortly before we married his brother and also his best friend had kids and he started swooning over the kids and was enthralled by them..,..knowing my husband for 10 years I somewhat figured this would happen so seeing this I was more than ok to marry him because I began to see him start to enjoy children whereas before this moment he was compleatly awkward around them.

Now if I put myself in your shoes, and I had a previous child who seemed a bit more difficult then I would thing that the conversation of more children would arise during our 10 year relationship. I would also assume that during this time we would both consider this situation and discuss weather or not we want another child.

My husband currently disagree on how many children we want. But he always says that we will most likely decide together if we want to add to our family. I say I want 4, he says he wants 2...... but this is keeping in mind that all of our children have no extra requirements.....not being rude but ( being a teacher) my biggest fear is having a child that will be fully dependent on me for the rest of my life....if war having to take regular time off work to deal with emotional, physical or developmental issues.

If I have one child that required constant attention and care then chances are that will be my only child.

So....saying a child out of your current relationship is difficult abd saying he's "difficult" has many connotations....but I feel like this would be a decisions we make together before committing to eachother

If I didn't have any children then no I wouldn't stay, but since you have one I might depending on if I felt he was the one.
