I annoy my bf with sex?! :/

So my boyfriend and I have been dating for 2.5 years.. I use to have so much fun with him sexually but the last 6 months have been kinda shitty... his sex drive seems to have gone down a ton (no he's not cheating) & I mention it super often cause I feel like he doesn't find me sexy or want me anymore. I always have to initiate sex and he usually acts like it's a chore.. never goes down on me, is lazy etc. he's always tired with his new job and never in the mood.. he says that by me bringing it up so much, and making him feel like we have to have sex, it makes him not want to and he feels like he's not good enough.. I don't want to be annoying but it's so hard when I have such a high sex drive ugh 😭 how do I fix this and make him come to me? I've tried sexy outfits, masturbating next to him etc.
