constant infections, help!!!!

Ok so about 7 months ago I tested positive for Chlamydia. Horrible! Anyway I managed to get that treated, all clear. But since then I've had constant bouts of Bacterial Vaginosis, UTI, Cystitis, even had PID (pelvic infection), mostly after having sex. Meaning I've been on antibiotics at least 5 times in the last 7 months 😥 does anyone else have issues like this?? I'm so scared that there could be something way worse going on!
