My sons teeth looked like that when they were barely starting to come out, I was worried too but now they are officially out and they look perfectly fine

They do look kind of weird. And kind of thicker too. Maybe take him into a dentist.

My son's teeth were starting to look grey. I brushed his teeth with a tiny bit of my arm & hammer baking soda and peroxide toothpaste   and it cleaned it off immediately. Idk if its the milk or something else.

He also has been grinding his top gums with his bottom teeth which did make them
Bleed yesterday, I'm wondering if it looks like that from him grinding his gums
