worried about my boyfriend…help
He got a headache last night that made him really tired and he went to bed early. He still has it today and he says he feels sick, like he can't get out of bed. He says he feels really cold and I'm worried about him. Do you guys know what could be wrong with him? I'm really worried and I'm not sure if I should be
Update: he's not sensitive to anything and he doesn't feel nauseous but he says it hurts him to move In his neck, ribs and shoulders and he kinda feels as if if he'd stand up he'd pass out
