cramps

Anyone get cramps after ovulation is over? I'm wondering and hoping its implantation cramps because I never get them after ovulating but I'm also told they could just be phantom cramps but I was up ALL last night with bad cramps. We had sex two days before ovulation because we were trying for a baby but he changed his mind.
