Painful cramps after sex
I am 4 weeks 6 days today and I had sex with my partner this morning. He was on top and afterwards I had a very strong painful cramp for about 5 minutes that left me crying and struggling to get up. My OH got me up and walking and it stopped. I have checked and there is no blood. Any idea what this is? is everything OK?
