GI or uterine cramps?

My stomach is so messed up I can't tell if the pain I'm feeling is my intestines or my uterus . LOL. Between the diarrhea and the bloating and the nausea, I know some of this has got to be my intestines cramping , but I'm also feeling like these little pricky pains that I think might be my uterus. I don't know how to draw the line between the two and I don't know how I'm supposed to tell if I'm having pains bad enough that I might be miscarrying. Then again I had a loss two years ago and there was no pain I just started bleeding one day. The ones that are worrying me are kind of shooting pains but they're not bad they're just like quick little shooting pains like a little prick. Also, probably unrelated, but my vagina feels swollen if that makes any sense.

Anyone to go in for anything similar who can offer advice? This is baby number three for me, but it seems like every pregnancy is completely different. Frustrating.
