vitamin d deficiency

I've bought a prenatal vitamin which I will start taking tomorrow..not sure if it has vitamin D though. Before conceiving, I found out I have a severe vitamin D deficiency (blood test showed level 13),  and was told to take drops daily (5000 IU). Unfortunately I didn't take them as religiously as I should have. Can I continue to take them during pregnancy, along with the prenatal vitamin?
