I got a menstralcup recently- I am a virgin but I have used it a few times) but it's painful to take out! Inserting is only
Like a little pinch but getting it out stings!

Is it something that should pass away after a while or is there anything I can do to help? I really like it and wanna keep trying!

I dont feel any pain inserting or removing. I do feel the end part and so I stopped using it. I am not a virgin either.

I use a Lena cup. When I take it out I make sure to pee first so it's not very painful against the urthera. I also push the top of the cup in to break the seal when it's almost all the way out. I'm also a virgin.

I wonder if it hurts because you haven't broken your hymen yet. I'm not a virgin and I even don't really like taking it out. Putting it in is easy though. Try taking it out in the shower so it's more slippery and make sure you only use it when necessarily. I find mine hard to take out if I barely have any flow

Maybe you need a different kind of cup, it happens to me too , not virgin.

Could be the size of the cup is too big? The diva cup is also one of the stiffer cups out there.... Maybe you need a softer one.

You have to pop the seal before you remove it!

It could be like the suction of it. A lot of women have complained about it getting suctioned to their cervix
