Exclusively pumping?

Any other mamas exclusively pumping? My LO will not latch on 80% of the time and screams and cries and just falls asleep on my boob, but will take a bottle absolutely no problem and seems much more satisfied and happier. I want to exclusively pump to see how much she's getting during her feedings because she always seems hungry 10 minutes later after I breastfeed and then we have to supplement formula because she won't go back on and it's absolutely frustrating and puts me in a terrible mood. I just want my baby fed and happy! How often do you pump if you're exclusively pumping and how many ounces do you get?

My son is 10 weeks old and I have exclusively pumped since he was 3 days old.  He also would not latch and would simply scream and cry.  We chose to simply bottle feed pumped breast milk as he did so much better that way.
 
The first month I pumped every 2-3 hours - essentially every feeding.  This helped maintain and build my supply.  BE SURE TO HAND EXPRESS AS WELL!!  This helps empty out your breasts more as the pump cannot get as much as baby can suck.
 
I now pump every 3-5 hours (after 4 hours I start to hurt, after 6 I have soaked through my pads from leaking).  I also make sure to have stored milk to feed him with as it takes me about 10-20 minutes to finish pumping.  I happen to produce twice what my huge eater eats so this isn't too much of an issue for me, not sure if your supply is less...
 
A double electric pump with a bralet to hold the breast nozzles is a must.  I also recommend a manual pump if you tend to go out for longer than 3-4 hours.  
 
Pumping has worked great for me, but it is a time investment.  Feeding is a double workload now as I need to prepare his bottle, feed him, burp him, PUMP, clean and steam bottles and pump parts, and dry... THEN I am finished.  So though my son has slept through the night from week 4, I still had to wake up to pump.  Woohoo hahaha.

My friend exclusively pumped. She did it for a year and never had issues with supply. I believe she did every three hours
