baby not moving as much

So I'm about 28 weeks. Usually I feel the baby moving like crazy. Well the last couple days he hasn't moved as much. I put it off as me being active or him sleeping. But now three days straight of just hick ups for any sign of him is starting to worry me. No kick or any movements. Not sure if I should call the doctor now or maybe try to move my appointment up. Usually at these hours it's a call service and sometimes they send you to l&d to be monitored. I had this same issue with my first and when I went in I had a hydration of 10 but still had contractions. Not sure if I'm overreacting (again?) or if I should call. Sorry about the confusing post.
