I need advice. I've been seeing this guy since August of 2014. He is really, sweet, caring& gentle. He was the first guy to ever randomly give me a Christmas gift. He is so patient with my 3 year old daughter. So this weekend I wanted to do something. He asked me what did I want to do so I told him anything but sit in the house because it was BEAUTIFUL outside. He took too long to respond so I kind of went off. Not to mention a couple nights before he was supposed to come over& didn't. I didn't get a text or call canceling or anything. That's the second time he's done that. So he says he WAS going to ask me to go out of town with him but he was just going to let me cool off a bit. I called him a liar because I felt like if that's what he had planned to do, he would have asked/told me earlier instead of not responding to my messages. He said he had been caught up in work related business, which is what he was supposed to be doing the night before when he didn't show. I'm confused. I want to believe him. I like him a lot, but I'm confused. We have only went out once since we met. Should I apologize& get over it or am I in the right for being suspicious? He says he is getting attached to me& brought up marriage out of the blue. I've been to his house before, he is stationed here until August of this year. After that he is retiring & moving back home. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
