Diastasis Recti (separated abs)

Do any of you ladies have it? I can still fit three fingers in between my ab muscles and my son is 15 months old. I look like I'm 4 months pregnant! 😧 when my husband and I have sex and I'm lying on my stomach I can feel things squeezing into the space between the muscles and it feels gross. A bit painful too. Is there anything besides surgery that has worked for you to heal it?
