endemetrioses and surgery?

Question

Any females have endemetrioses? What do you feel and how'd you know you had it? Do you have surgery cus of it? I have been cramping a lot and spotting randomly with no period or occasional period there's times it seems coming back normal than light than nothing for few months. Doctors keep saying nothing's wrong.

I have endometriosis, and honestly it is a lot of pain.  Especially during my period or ovulating. I also have pain other times. I haven't had surgery because I can live with the pain. The hard thing about it is it is hard to diagnose. The only way they can by 100 percent sure is by going in and looking. 2p percent of the population actually has it but some have it more severe than others. I have pain during sex and going to the bathroom. It isn't a walk in the park for sure. There are three ways they can help with it though. 1) pain meds. 2) hormones  (such as birth control) 3) they can do surgery but it doesn't help for long and there is always risks. Sorry if I wasn't much help. I hope your Drs figure out what is going on soon. I know it is hard to be hurting and the Doctors not understand .
