I've got a bit of a dilemma...

So my Mother is separated. This is her second divorce (also had a failed engagement). That's not the problem though. She is bringing bar men home, and having them spend the night. The other day she had two dates in one day (slept with both) after the previous day she had slept with someone else. We are neighbors and I'm a little worried about the people she's taking back there and also what might happen to my brother if she brings the wrong kind of guy home. The other day my brother was staying at our house and he had to run down to his house to get something and he was asking questions about the cigarettes on the counter because they weren't the brand Mom smokes.
