What toothpaste do you use?

My whole life I always used Colgate. The past 9 months I have been using crest and I saw some improvement in whitening my teeth but they are still pretty yellow and lately I haven't seen any improvement. 
What do you recommend?
What white strips do you recommend that are cheap?

Whitening toothpaste is pretty abrasive on teeth and can wear down tooth enamel. Enamel protects your teeth from cavities.

Have you had your teeth cleaned by a hygienist? Teeth are supposed to be a whitish yellowish colour. If teeth were white it would look totally strange. Trust me I used to make dentures. After a scale and clean though your teeth can go from brown to the colour your teeth are naturally.

I use aquafresh extreme clean with whitening but I mostly like it cuz it gets supppppper foamy.

I also use Dr. George's Dental White for whitening. It's not a strip it's a tube of gel, so you get a lot for cheap and lasts forever. Use it in your toothpaste or buy a tooth tray to put it in.
