mean teammate

This year I got chosen to be captain of my dance team at school. A lot of girls didn't like it because it is my second year dancing and they said mean things. That was at the beginning of the school year. Yesterday I got in a fight with my best friend (she's in the dance team too) and today I got a long paragraph from one of her friends (she's in the dance team) saying the I was the biggest hypocrite she's ever met. That nobody likes me because I try so hard to be #1. That I say I'm myself but I want to be like them and other mean stuff. I was at school and I even had to ask for permission to go to the restroom because that's how bad I was crying. That same girl told me at the beginning of the year that she cried (not happy crying) when she found out I was captain. I told my dance coach and she said she will fix it but I can't stop thinking about it. It really got me.
