After one year of reconnecting with a ex is it ok to move in together?

I've known him since 1st grade, dated on & off from 8th - freashmen year of college... has expressed his love for me every few year since the official break up.... but there a TWIST!!! Hes been with the same girl since we broke up, they live together alone with her uncle (the mediator ) but are broken up & sleeping in different rooms.... we always remained friends but I was single /now celibate 7months 💪🏾& he had her until dec.2016 when I gave him my new number & things picked up right where they left off ...we talk everyday, even say "I love you"  & occasional visit one another, he plans on move down this winter .... positive comments ! ❤️💛💚🌻
