Burning down there!!!???

Today I woke up with it burning down there. I don't believe it is a yeast infection as it doesn't seem like it's burning from my vagina. I took a little peak down there & (TMI I'm sorry) that little space between the vagina & clit is like a blood red color. I've been peeing more often than normal, but I don't feel the need to use the restroom. Ive been with my bf for 3 years & both std free, and last we had sex was Saturday. What can this be?!
