self love gone bad

Sorry about the TMI but I was was giving myself a little self love and after I orgasmed I realized that I was bleeding. It kind of hurt during but I just assumed that I wasn't fully lubricated. I checked for any cuts or sores and didn't find anything out of the normal. Has this happened to anyone before??
