2 month old wont nap 😖

My 2 month old can sleep amazing at night we're talking bed between 7-7:30pm a quick wake up for a bottle at 4:30am then back to till 9am. But this child is not nap useless she's in the ergo carrier ( and I have to be moving) or in her car seat. She is swaddled for both night and when I try to do naps. We have a 2 story house I have a pack n play set up in our living room and it sometimes seems the downstairs is too loud for her with housework, my 7 year old , my husband and our dog all doing things. Is anyone else having this issue??
