What's wrong with her toe?!?

Mila is two months old today & when I was dressing her this morning I noticed her big toe was swollen very red & have yellowy discharge coming from the side! I'm assuming it's an infection or an ingrown toenail or something... has anyone else's babes had this ?? What did you do?? I cleaned it with some soapy water & a q tip but it's still swollen and red, I haven't cut her toenails yet simply because they aren't at any length close enough to be cut.
