Would you get annoyed

If you requested that your SO get a vasectomy, but he doesn't want to do one? I recently heard a tough story, where somebody requested her husband get a vasectomy since they already had kids, and he did. But she left him soon after. Now, he is dating someone who wants a baby, and he is willing to have another child, but it will be tough and costly to get a vasectomy reversal. And probably not as high a chance to get pregnant than if he never got it done. You never know what is in your future!
