Late! Advice

So my last period was April 9th I'm on a 32day cycle and usually very heavy. I had sex on April 23rd and probably misused a spermicide. (In the moment) I didn't wait long enough for it to dissolve. Then nine days later I thought I was getting my period early, I wiped and saw blood, nothing for the rest of the day next day same thing, so two days of spotting ( not even just when I wiped) I'm now 9 days late with a false pregnancy test. I've been pregnant twice before and I've had implantation bleeding with my last pregnancy and I'm only 7mos postpartum. Help has anyone been in this boat before? I was due to get my birth control​ (i.u.d)l last week.
