Break

My bf and I have been arguing more recently to thr point where now he's asked me to give each other a break for 2 days to figure out if we see us together in 5 years...we have never gone a day without talking since we are in a long distance relationship ...he just told me that and I'm already devasted, I know I'll be waiting by the phone every second until the 2 days are up.... Am I pathetic? What could I do to help me feel better? He wanted me to really think about our relationship and he would call me after 2 days ...
