Anxiety Keeping Me Awake
My anxiety is super high this evening. I've been up since 7am and I've been super active, never laid down to rest or nap, and I even worked for about 7 hours. I have to be at work early in the morning and while I do understand that I've done a lot during the day, all I can hear in my mind is "You're not going to sleep. You're not going to sleep." on repeat, which makes the anxiety worse. I've taken my melatonin supplements (I even doubled them for good measure) and I'm also taking deep breathes while drinking little sips of water. Still, my little heart is just pounding away and my anxiety is through the roof. I do feel a little drowsy, but my mind won't let me sleep😫 What can I do?!?!
