possible implementation

I'm 10dpo I was sat on the sofa last night and had right side pelvic pain it lasted for about 20 mins. Then about an hour later I went to the toilet and noticed rent spotting when I wiped it was gone by morning. Could this of been implantation? I have a blocked left tube so having right sided pelvic pain is kinda hopeful. Also if it was implantation how many day would it take for me to get my bfp?
