low hcg

Hcg was 17 at 15 dpo. Progesterone normal. I have a repeat beta scheduled for tmrw but thinking this doesn't look good. Still getting faint positives pink dye and today even on a digital (which I was not getting before). So worried that this might be an ectopic pregnancy. Any advice?
