Vitex, Maca root or Royal Jelly while ttc?

Hello ladies, could you please share your experience of using Vitex, Maca root or Royal Jelly while ttc? I had a miscarriage in February. Then used Maca and Royal Jelly but my cycles are kind of all over the place. Not sure if it's because I am soon to be 39 or because of the miscarriage. Thank you.
