Fibroid pain

Hi all, are there any other ladies out there dealing with fibroid pain? I'm 32 weeks and at the beginning of this week, I started having sharp pains on my right side. I went to the Doc this morning and I have a fibroid that is growing and causing the pain. I was told I can only take Tylenol, but I also don't want to keep taking it if I don't have to. Are there other ways to manage the pain? I can barely walk and my husband had to help me get dressed :( thanks!
