I need to stop stress eating!!
Every time I have a period of stress I just impulse buy a lot of snacks and consume them! (Salami, cookies, chocolate, ice cream...) It's getting really unhealthy as I struggle to exercise as well so I just balloon up!
It's not like I don't want a hot body, but that's not my top concern. I'm very short (5"2) and my weight just keep racking up! (At about 160lbs) I've always been a fat child so I'm really used to being fat and such, but with a family history of diabetes and heart desease this really can't go on!!
Any advice girls? Xx
