silent reflux....

Anyone experiencing this with thier little ones? Mine has had it since day 1 and is on ranitidine but this past week has been hell. He. Spa about 20 min at a time now, Cruz all the time, won't let us put him down and just constantly chokes. He is breastfed and we don't lay him down at all but I don't know what else to do or try. He does also take probiotic drops at night. I read some do better on formula... I may try that. I'm going to reach out to his dr again on Monday but so far the dr says he will grow out of it. He is not happy, barely smiling won't play or anything this week :(
